Formula for X hours = y seconds

Knowing that 1 hour = 60 minutes and that 1 minute = 60 seconds you can easily use this conversion factor to write a formula. Or a shorter way of remembering this is by knowing 1 hour = 3600 seconds.
I’ll give you an example of where I want to know how many seconds is in 3 hours.
(3hrs)(60min/1hr)(60sec/1min)= 10,800 seconds.
I’d write it like this:
(x hrs)(60min/1hr)(60sec/1min) = y seconds
or
(x hrs)(3600sec/1hr) = y seconds

Someone correct me if I’m wrong, but seeing as there are 60 seconds in a minute, and 60 minutes in an hour, then:
X times 60 seconds times 60 minutes = Y seconds
or:
X(3600)=Y

1(x) hours = 60(y) seconds?
