What Section of a Grocery Store can I find Sour cream and chives Potato Topper?

Ok.. So the recipe says.. 1 cup sour cream-and-chive potato topper (from 12 oz containter) I’ve looked near salad dressings, potatos,spices,sour cream, and i just can’t find it.. Does anybody know a Brand Name? Is it in cold section or what section of grocery store? I shop H-E-B or Wal-mart.. any help would be awesome!!!
