Im 16 years old and ive been working out for about 3 months now and ive decided to go on a supplement like my friends have. First i took 100% whey protein and i ran out of that so recently i stopped by gnc and got AMP amplified mass xxx. Today is my second day taking it and i was wondering what are some normal side effects for it. About an hour after i take it my stomach hurts very bad for about 5 minutes then after that i just feel bloated. Idk if its the protein or not but its just happend twice so far. Sum1 please anser!! =]
