GIVEN THAT : Company Overview – This is something you can add on your own in case if you need comment down. Challenges – The difficult challenges one would face are – Managing Organization data – Handling organization data can be quite complex when the organization is big. Handling resources requires a lot of physical on-premisis serveres which can cost a lot to the company. Managing On-Premisis Devices – Working in an organization there might be times when the access to the on-premisis machine is not possible, there might also be times when the data server might be in some problem and the physical access to the machine is not possible. Managing Security – In a large organization managing malware and security can be quite complicated, even managing firewalls and security system can be quite complicated, updating security components needs to be done in regular basis. Everything needs to be done manually.from updating to maintanance. Solution – I have been working as a cloud administrator in Microsoft Azure and they provide a lot of of feature from managing organization data to managing on-premisis servers to managing security, Microsoft Azure covers all. Organization data can be managed via Microsoft Products or any third-party application which can be easily managed by Microsoft Azure. Application like Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager which is basically used to manage organzation data and application and to check compliance policies associated with the devices can be well connected to Azure using the Co-Management Portal which is effective in managing both cloud and on-premisis devices. Microsoft Azure also provides remote working solution, I have personally worked on Microsoft Azure Environment to configure remote working solution. Microsoft Azure provides Windows Virtual Desktop, which is a kind of cloud application service by Microsoft Azure, through WVD you can carry out providing a whole physical system to your users or just provide any application of their choice using the MSIX App Attach Service. Users can use the service via the WVD Desktop Software or the URL service where they can access the system on any browser. Application of any size can be easily accessed so seemlesly as if they are installed on the physical device itself. Systems can also be configured in such a manner that users can choose a personal desktop or pooled device, storage service can also be configured for non-persistent system configuration so that the users don’t loose their data.after switching off their system. Microsoft also provides the security feature in cloud the Microsoft Defender ATP provides cloud security to all the devices connected to the organization, they provide advanced protection which can be configured easily according to the company’s policies. Although Microsoft Azure provides it’s own security for data server and Azure data service. Conclusion – Cloud Service can be moulded according to the need of the users and the organization without worrying about the security breaches. Microsot Azure provides a Pay-as-Go Service and for every service there is a cost associated with it. Even Amazon Web Service has similar feature associated, Microsoft Azure data center are in less in compare to Amazon Web Service. Now the choice of platform is completely a choice the service provided by these vendors are almost the same.
