  1. Ephedrine is an appitite suppressant, it works to make you feel full so you don’t want to eat so much. following a healthy diet and exercise is the best bet!.

I took ephedrine for a while and suffered terrible side effects. I had really bad headaches and nausea. It also can have an effect on your blood pressure so is unsuitable if you have high blood pressure. Also your dr needs to moniter your blood pressure regularly as it can cause it to rise very quickly. I wasn’t on it long enough to see any positive results.

As it is illegal you should see your doctor who can reccomend so many other solutions to aid your weight loss.I’m now taking Accomplia which is a new weight loss drug which acts similarly to Ephedrine but doesnt have the same effects on blood pressure. I have lost 2 stone in 8weeks and am very pleased! There are also several other weight loss drugs available on prescription, you can even get exercise on prescription!

Disscuss any more concerns with your dr or just google Ephedrine as there is loads of info about it on the web, but i really advise you to see your dr who can help with your weight loss!

Good luck with the weight loss!!

  2. Exercise or no exercise you won’t be able to lose the weight if you don’t cut your food intake but we all know that’s pretty hard, right? A good appetite suppressant can help you out big time but it has to be natural or you can get into serious heath problems.

I lost 38 lbs in 2 months by using garcinia cambogia extract (FDA approved 100% natural). In my first month 26 and then 12 the second month. I was an emotional eater and these supplements changed my life. They act like an appetite suppressant so I didn’t feel like eating anymore. Not hungry anymore -> Lower calories -> Lose weight, simple as that. I did no exercises just 20 minutes walks 5 days a week.

It’s been 4 months since I lost the weight and I did not gain any pounds back, actually I lost another 5 lbs (I stop taking them after I lost the weight). If you want to take a look here is a website where you can find discounts: http://www.garciniapromo.com/ I got them 30% off from here. Hope this helps!

  3. I suppose you mean Ephidrine? Are you taking it in the form of EPH25?

I am currently taking this pill. You know they’re illegal right?

My friend lost a great deal of weight on them, but she got too dependant on them and her body got used to them, meaning she had to take more and more as time went on to get the original effect. At one point, she was taking 7 before she could even get the energy to get out of bed. But this is an extreme case.

The recommendation is one before every meal for maximum appetite suppressant, or one 45 minutes before working out.

I currentlly just take one per day at the moment, sometimes two if I’m going out for a meal, or going to be working out. I dont feel a massive “buzz” on them or anything, just slightly more energy than normal, but they certainly stop me thinking about food. I have lost 13lb in one month, but I must point out I have been exercising and dieting too. There just isnt a point in taking diet pills if you are going to carry on with your same habits.

Also they contain ALOT of caffeine, so drink too much coffee or coke while on these or you’ll be shaking all over teh place.

The person I got them from (she manages my gym) says that you should only take them for 8 weeks, then have 2 weeks off to let your body have a chance. Otherwise you could end up like my friend.

Good luck with them, they’re working for me, hope they work for you. x

  4. Ephedrine, if you haven’t herd yet is both banned for weight loss and bad for you.

If you want something like Ephedrine but is not bad for you check out Cha de Bugre, it is a new weight loss supplement that is growing in popularity and is similar to Ma Huang (Ephedrine) without any of the bad effects. Cha de Bugre is from Brazil and has been used there safely for centuries. Cha de Bugre provides energy, fat burning and appetite suppression that benefit weight loss. Cha de Bugre also has additional uses that are known in Brazil that include being used as a mild diuretic, a cellulite reducer, aides in reducing herpes simplex outbreaks and a heart tonic.
