Ooh…I’ve actually had a problem with this before too! Make sure you peel all of the metal is off of the top before popping it in the microwave. Microwave it for 15 seconds and also run some scalding hot water on your rubber spatula or metal spoon. The combination of the two works just great!

I use marshmallow creme when I make fudge and the way I get it out of the jar without it sticking is to soak the jar in a bowl of hot water for about 5 minutes and then I use a sturdy plastic scraper that I have greased with butter to spoon it out.

I use an extra-sturdy scraper that I have (it’s hard plastic, rather than rubber), and dip it under the faucet before I put it in the jar (just did some the other day:) ….. You can also use a butter knife, dipped in water

Try soaking the jar in warm water for a while.
Oh yea it is food, made from sugar. Last time I
checked that is food.

Warm your spoon or spatula, the heat will melt it away from the jar and it should make it easy to scoop out (I use it all the time to make fudge)

Dip a spoon or spatula in hot water. Wipe off and re-dip as many times as you need.

rubber scraper. You can stick it in the microwave to melt it a bit, but be careful, don’t get it on your skin while it is hot because it will burn before you can get it off.

Cover yourself in olive oil.
