EI benefits (Canadian) payment schedule.?

I would like to know how are EI benefits paid out? Monthly , 2 times a month, or weekly?

I can not find taht information on their website or elsewhere.

  1. Your first payment from EI is for a one week period. (after your two week waiting period) After that, you are paid biweekly, as long as you submit your reports and you are entitled to receive any benefits. (usually into your account on Tuesday, if you do your reports before Sunday)
