and which one tastes better?

Sort of… 2% milk tastes very slightly thicker and creamier. As to which one tastes better, it’s seriously all in how much you’ve been exposed to either kind of milk… you get used to the milk you drink consistently and then you don’t like other milk. For example, when I was a little kid I was too skinny so I had to drink whole milk–thought it was gross at first, then the richness grew on me and I only liked whole and 2% milk and thought any less percent was gross. Fast forward to when I was normal weight, my mom got sick of having whole milk around making her gain weight so we switched to skim… at first I thought it was too watery then fell in love with it. Now I can’t drink any other milk and when my mom had more babies and we had to go back to feeding them whole and then 2% milk, IT SUCKED.

I think so. My preference is 1%.
In order to realize what this difference is, try doing an exxagerated sample. Pour some whole milk next to some 1% or even some fat free milk. First off, the visual difference will be obvious. Smell them side by side, you’ll see how much stronger the whole one is. Now, taste them side by side and feel that creamy texture of the whole milk while the fat free just flows almost like water. The flavor difference should be obvious. Now if did that with a 1% and 2% the difference will be less pronounced, but you’ll know exactly what to look for in the differences.

It depends on what you’re used to drinking.
If someone drinks whole milk, they could never taste the difference between the two. If someone is used to skim, 1% or 2%, they can detect the difference.
Anything other than skim tastes a little “greasy” to me now.

Yes 1 % tastes like water!! And 2% kinda tastes like whole milk!! I recomend 2% 🙂

Yes. 2% tastes richer, fattier.
I prefer 1% or 0%
If I’m using it to cook/bake with, 2% or whole has more flavor.

Follow the 80/20 rule, which means eating clean 80 percent of that time period and indulging a little 20 percent almost daily.
