We watched this in class, but it conflicts with some religious and moral beliefs, so she had me leave the classroom.

    2. What did his friend show him in the old copper mine? – A dead canary. Miners use them as detect harmful, scentless gases. If the canary dies, then things are bad.

    4. His friend showed him the old water tank, what was this supposed to represent? The oceans and how the temperature change is affecting it.

    5. Why does the President of the US ask everyone to leave the room during the GE summit? What did he tell them? – He was worried and needed time to think.

    6. What do you think the relocation of people in China, the money amount of 1 billion dollars and the relocation of art mean? – They cared more about art than people.

    15. Why does Jackson go look for Charlie? What happens once he gets him? – He wanted more information about what was going to happen. Charlie killed himself by jumping into one of the flooded areas to save his dog.

    17. Why doesn’t the President want to evacuate? What does he decide to do? – Since he just took over for the president who resigned he wanted to try and save the those in D.C.

    20. What is the “arc” designed to do? – Submerge into the ocean and anchor to the ocean’s floor.

  2. God this seems like a test. Well… the only one I can answer is 19. I think it was because since the earth was getting hotter underneath that the continents started to “drift” faster causing China to be under them in a matter of minutes, or something like that. This was a stupid movie.
